You can use the midi modifier section of the vst/midi track to transpose the notes but this only moves in semitones… not octaves, which would be much quicker. There is no button or function in the spd which allows you to do this. What i want to be able to do is to shift the octaves so i can focus the 9 pads on the area/octave of the keyboard I’m interested in (usually the octave at the bottom where the kick and snare and hats are. The spd has 9 pads which play a certain section of the keyboard, and you can change this inside the spd so it plays a different section of the keyboard, but its very tedious to do this every time you load a new instrument. However its not very intuitive to use when you have say a vst instrument with drum sounds spread out over 4 or 5 octaves. I’ve got it to work by using the audio/midi mode in the spd-sx. I just bought an SPD-SX in the hope of using it to record in drum parts into cubase. Not to mention that this machine doesn’t cost much either.Have any of you integrated an spd-sx into your setup? How does it work for you? Do you have any tips for a good workflow for standard music production and drum programming? I can lay down some really good drum grooves and record them, then I usually track it out into another sequencer so I can start adding some bass and other instruments to the drum patter that I made with the Roland SPD S. Overall, this is perfect for someone like me (who doesn’t have room for a drum set in the apartment). wav files from your computer (pc or mac). So these means that if you want you can use it as a stand alone device and don’t have to have anything else running it or sequencing what you are playing because it can do it all on its own. Two Roland dual zone PD-7 drum pads, FD-7 hi-hat controller and KD-7 Kick drum controller with new Pearl P-930 kick pedal. Anda dapat menyesuaikan suara dengan kontrol onboard untuk menyetel, meredam, menyerang, menyapu lapangan, dan banyak lagi. Includes carry case, mounting hardware and extra additions. Berbeda dengan Octitad PAD-8 asli, yang benar-benar merupakan pengendali MIDI, Octapad SPD-30 adalah pengendali yang dikemas dengan bank suara internalnya sendiri. After reading various threads on here and other forums, I plugged a mono TRS cable into the FD9, then put a 5 mono-to. I am also getting good results with my FD9 into the DTX12. The sounds are good, there is even an sequencer right on the device so you don’t have to slave it to another outboard sequencer if you don’t want to. (Poplar Grove) For sale or trade is a recently purchased Roland SPD-30 multi drum pad with manual. No adjustments - as others have said on other threads the kt10 is a great piece of gear, and yes, it works great with the DTX12. Description: Roland KT-10: Kick Trigger Pedal- KT10 Rock-Solid.

It comes with a large volume of built-in sounds, which the user can customize directly to what meets their need, and it’s different from its similar model Roland SPD One. So you can put some headphones in and start playing and people around you cant hardly hear a thing. Roland calls the SPD-30 a percussion pad, more than a sample pad. Compatible with Rolands TM-2 Trigger Module, TD-series V-Drums sound modules, and SPD-series percussion pads. It is also small enough that you can take it almost anywhere with you and because they are pads and not drums, there is no “real” sound. This is the perfect tool for a drummer who wants to lay down some great drum patterns and cant afford a real drums set or just doesn’t have room to put it.
